A busy month for Mono
Mono Corporate Experience Day - Silverstone

Earlier this month BAC headed to Silverstone for a special Mono Corporate Experience Day with Leitz, one of the world’s foremost producers of stationery and office equipment.
The weather gods were smiling as the Northamptonshire circuit bathed in late summer sunshine. Flown over from Germany, twelve excited Leitz employees prepared for an unforgettable drive in Mono.
Following a safety briefing the drivers were given expert tuition by Blancplain Aston Martin racer Stuart Hall and former BTCC Audi works driver John Bintcliffe. They got to grips with the layout riding shotgun in a Porsche Boxster race car before swapping places and getting behind the wheel.
Having been briefed by BAC on Mono’s interface and characteristics the participants dawned there Mono liveried helmets before enveloping themselves in Mono’s carbon fibre seat and firing up the Cosworth engine. Shadowing the tutors, they steadily built up speed and confidence in the supercar, completing many laps each over several stints.
