Mono showcased in 'GREAT' Chinese exhibition!

Director Ian Briggs travelled to China last week to represent BAC at The British Embassy’s 3-day 'GREAT' exhibition at the Shanghai Grand Prix.

He met with British Wings, the exclusive importer of Mono into China who have recently opened their first Mono showroom in Beijing.

Building on Great Britain’s reputation in F1 Motorsports, the British Embassy invited UK companies to be part of, “a high profile ‘GREAT’ Exhibition to showcase British innovation, luxury, design and technology.”

British Ambassador, Sebastian Wood, commented "By 2015 global demand for luxury goods is expected to soar by almost 60 per cent and Britain is home to some of the best retail and automotive companies in the world. I am delighted that our GREAT British exhibition gives Chinese audiences a chance to see what Britain has to offer. The displays demonstrate that Britain leads the way in high tech car manufacturing, cutting edge technology, and luxury fashion and design. Britain is open for business and welcomes inward investment. We also welcome tourists from China to visit our shops and buy British brands."

Ian Briggs thanked the British Embassy and British Wings for staging a fantastic event, "We are extremely proud to showcase the world class design and engineering talent that Britain has to offer. Mono garnered an enormous amount of attention and clearly already has a lot of fans in China."
